Celebrating Fall with Valter Hugo Mãe
Livraria Lello is preparing a special moment to mark the arrival of fall, when the cold, rainy and melancholy weather invites you to read and enjoy an evening together.
On October 3, at 9 p.m., we will welcome writer Valter Hugo Mãe for a poetry session, debate and reading of texts on the theme of the season that has just begun.
The event will begin with a speech by Valter Hugo Mãe, who will be joined by Jaime Quesado. The two will share their thoughts on contemporary literature, and then lead the audience through a debate in which they will be able to talk directly to the author, enriching the discussion with their personal perspectives. Finally, Valter Hugo Mãe will present his selection of poems about autumn, with a reading of some of the texts, in an intimate setting that values the power of words and invites introspection and contemplation, in the perfect setting that is Livraria Lello.
We invite the public to attend. Registration is free but limited and can be done here.
